Clear return terms for digital books, physical books, and limited editions.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated on this website or in writing by R.A. Lingenfelter.
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded once purchased or delivered.
Returns for physical books may be accepted within 48 hours of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and the book must be unused, undamaged, and show no indication of use.
Limited Edition Books cannot be returned. All Limited Edition Book sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the business promptly with your order details and photographs of the packaging and item so the issue can be reviewed.
